Was recently in the market for a new yoga mat. Found a website that offered a mat that was organically sourced, toxin free and eco-friendly. After reading this young women’s bio, and mission statement, I knew I had to try it out. I’m in love after only two weeks! The cork top of the mat is slip free and comfortable. The word “Prowess” means…Exceptional or superior ability, skill, or strength. Isn’t that that we all strive for in or practice and real life?

I’ve learned yoga is a practice, it’s not about perfection as it’s not possible. However, practice means getting better with each year. This mat makes the practice more enjoyable as it has a good grip and added peace of mind that there are no harmful chemicals.
